Baked Apple

Do you like apples? How do you usually eat them? There are so many ways to enjoy apples, and today, I'd love to share how I bake them.

Although you don't necessarily need special apple-pots for baking, a couple of days ago, I went to the Poland pottery shop again with a friend of mine to buy the pots. So, I used them to bake.

The picture below shows my new apple pots: the right side is for my husband, and the left one is mine.

First, I cut two apples into eighths and placed the slices into the pots. I put some honey over them and sprinkled some cinnamon powder.

Then, I put the lids on and baked them at 220 °C (428°F) for around 45 minutes.

When you handle them, be careful. The pots are extremely hot!

When I opened the lids, tada!!! A wonderful aroma of mixing cinnamon and apples filled the air. I think the combination is perfect.

The grate thing about using these pots is that they trap the juice inside, so the apples turn out incredibly soft and juicy.

I think I can use these pots for baking vegetables, making soup or many other dishes as well. So, whenever I discover a new way to use them, I'll share it with you here!
