Hi everyone!
Today, I'm going to write my first crowd story in English. @flauschtrud had a lovely idea: Write a story with three random words and every participant is going to write a text in their target language or even in their native tongue.
So let's go!
Crowd Story #1
"Checkmate!" he shouted with a victorious grin on his face. Being a sore loser, I flipped my king sulkily. "I'll never play you in chess again!" I was miffed. It was the fifth time in a row I'd lost to him, and this time it took him only a few moves to win. Defeated, I went back to the living room where all the guests were sitting. All the adults were busy chatting and weren't paying any attention to us kids. I was on my way to snuggle on my mom's lap when I noticed one of the presents my cousin had gotten for his birthday: it was some kind of vehicle. Upon closer inspection, I realized that it was even cooler than a vehicle — a transformer!
