I've been fasting for 16 hours every single day, so I usually skip breakfast. Instead, I have a small piece of my homemade cake or scones , along with my homemade yogurt and jam around at 11:30.

The picture below shows my typical first meal of a day. I usually start a day with those.

That day, I wanted a small change and made some crepes. I added my homemade apple feeling, marmalade, and some store- bought raspberry jam. I also added vanilla ice cream. I sometimes enjoy making these small changes to brighten my days.

I ate them with my homemade yogurt topped with my homemade apricot jam. The small change refreshed the day, and I felt happy all day long. These tiny changes make my husband feel happy too, and they make me even happier. I believe that if we want to feel it, that's the key. Make others happy! It'll definitely return to you!
