Since my husband retired from his job, he's fascinated with riding motorcycles, and he has owned two of them: one is 250cc and the other is 1300cc. I've posted two journal entries about his motorcycles, here and here.
I've known he loves speed, and that's why he loves skiing and watching Formula 1 races. Recently, he's started watching off-road races on YouTube, but I didn't pay much attention to it.
One day, he said that he needed to practice to ride more safely and begun taking lessons again. Since I also enjoy riding on the back of one of his motorcycles, I agreed with what he said. I believed that he was just focusing on improving his riding skills.
Then, I came across a new off-road motorcycle in the garage! I can't believe that he bought this without asking me. I just don't understand why he wants to ride off-road because it's dangerous. I used to hate worrying about him when he played rugby, and now I feel the same way again.
Why do men love the speed and doing dangerous things so much? I never know. Oh, well........

I'm wondering too... :) I think I'm the same like you, I would be quite worried.
Thank you for reading and commenting. I guess some women can't stop worrying, and my mom is just like me as well.
I worry about my husband when he drives at night. He doesn't like speeding or doing dangerous things, but he seems to make poor decisions, particularly when gauging distances. I don't like to be a passenger when he drives, but I feel I need to be there to warn him of danger. I thought I would have a heart attack the other night!
@SEQ77 Thank you so much for correcting lots of posts! I truly appreciate. Women might be born in the way that we have to worry about something. I try to stop, but I can't.
