Have you ever made coffee-flavored jelly before? If not, I highly recommend it, especially if you are a fan of coffee. When you eat it with vanilla ice cream, it's absolutely delicious!

It's very simple to make. All you need are three tablespoons of instant coffee, two tablespoons of sugar, 450 cc of water and 5g of gelatin. That's it.

First, you heat the water. Once it starts boiling, you add the coffee, sugar and gelatin.

Once everything melts, you turn off the heat.

After it colds down, you can pour it into a container. Then, you can store it in a fridge until it becomes harden.

When it sets, it's time to serve. Don't forget to top it with vanilla ice cream! The combination of bitterness from the coffee jelly and the sweetness from the ice cream is splendid! If you are seeking for a cold dessert for the summer, this is one of the best!
