Lately I've been boiling spinach. And I add a sesame , sesame oil and chicken powder.
That recipe is my favorite to eat a spinach. And sometimes I add the seasoning with soy sauce.
They can eat fresh spinach in USA, But Japan didn't eat that. I always boiled it.
I think there are different types of spinach in America and Japan.
How do you like to eat spinach?

I boil it without seasonings or oil, but will add a little salt to taste when it’s on my plate.
Hi, @sarayama I boil the spinach, then drain it and sauté it in olive oil with pine nuts, raisins, and a pinch of salt. It's a strange but tasty combination. 😋
@Coral I am gonna cook your recipe.
Hi, @Nemvagok. I have a recipe for you guys. She fries the pine nuts first (which I also do when I'm not in a rush). That gives a nice contrast, which I totally recommend. I add some raisins before adding the spinach and don't use garlic, but you can try it if you like. Bon appétit!
