Ladies and gentlemen, I’m afraid we’re going to have to take a little detour from the fresh pasta mini-series. But fear not, I’ll pick it up after we’ve finished with the new, unexpected mini-series. Linda will be travelling to Tuscany in a week or so and has asked me for some culinary suggestions. This seemed like a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. In the following posts, I’ll take you on a journey through Tuscan gastronomy, from starters to desserts. Reader discretion is advised: meat and fish will be a recurring theme and in some cases may be described in rather graphic detail. Linda, how much time do I have to finish this mini-series?
