It's been a couple of months since I last posted my knitting project. I'm happy to share my progress with you. I've been knitting a stuffed bear for my grandson using an English knitting book. This is one of my favorite ways to use English. When I first started, it was challenging, but it's getting much easier now. I think I'm finally starting to understand English knitting terminology.
I think learning another languages is similar as knitting. As long as we keep going, we can make progress. However, there is a big difference : with knitting, we can see the progress, but with language learning, it's not always visible. When we can see progress, it's motivating. On the other hand, when we can't, we need more patience. Whenever I'm losing motivation to keep learning English, I always imagine knitting. In my mind, I'm knitting a long scarf with a big yarn ball named " English ". It often gets tangled, and I have to work to untangle it , but I try to enjoy the progress I can't always see.

That was very well written!
Thank you, Uly ( @CocoPop ) , for the encouragement!
A great Swiss lady taught me a few steps of how to knit last year and I did very well. I was eager to keep learning afterwards but unfortunately, I quit. Keep going and never quit! :)
@Double-Zee Thank you for sharing your experience of knitting. Thank you for the advice too!
