I am pushing 50, and like every year, I start to think about my challenges for the year 2023.
I achieved my 2022 goals, such as exercising five days a week.
Not only that, but I would like to become an English fluent speaker and listener.
After reading blogs about how to improve English level, I have a plan:
- Start to speak with a teacher using online classes.
- Wath a TV-SHOW everyday
- Start a Journal or Blog to write a post weekly about books I am reading or tv shows I am watching, my passions, thoughts and so on.
- Practice every day is the secret, I am starting to realize that more effort I do I receive nice benefits.
That's it, I see myself at the end of this year typing a post telling you I get my new year resolutions
.What are your new year resolutions?

My New Year’s resolution is to be more responsible. Also to have more fun. I guess if you look at the common denominator it would be to be more active. But I also want to be better rested. So I guess my resolution is to be a child again !
"New Year's resolutions" looks like this. "New Year's" has to be capitalized because it's a holiday, and there's an apostrophe because resolutions are inherent to New Years.
For my New Year's resolutions: I resolve to use Journaly more than a few times this year; I resolve to finish my TEFL certfication (something that Journaly inspired me to start last year), which means spending at least a month or so teaching in Peru, Costa Rico or Guatemala -- so I also should add "I resolve to improve my Spanish" as well!
Hi Stoic. Some of my New Year's resolutions are to study Spanish every day and to read at least three books in Spanish this year.
I also want to get out of the house more (I've been bad at getting outside since the pandemic), play music and sing every day and crochet my first jumper.
Good luck with your language goals! :)
