I'm having my house remodeled these days, and it looks like a war zone—everything is out of place. At first, I thought I’d just have it painted, but then I changed my mind and asked a decorator friend of mine to design something simple, stylish, and functional. Then I got the ball rolling, and he had me get involve in the makeover to get the job done faster. I still don't know how he got me to do it. I'm not the most organized person and I'm always busy.

Maybe if I had my groceries delivered every week, I'd have time. I'll call my sister today and have her help me with the kids. I can't get them to sleep when there's so much noise at home. But she's way more patient and somehow always gets them to do what she wants. They adore her and know how to get her to tell them stories. I don't know what I'd do without her. I should get her to come live with us. It'd save her a ton of gas. Though... I better not. I forgot she has a Great Dane. No way I’m letting a dog that big live here. I guess I’ll just have her come over every day. Not selfish at all. Anyway, I'll figure something out to get her interested.
