Recently, I found a channel on Youtube named "First We Feast" where a person (Sean Evans) interviews celebrities while they eat chicken with hot sauce. The level of spiciness increases during the interview and the celebrities have to keep answer the questions even if they are suffering from the spiciness effects on their bodies. Sean Evans is a really good interviewer and always gets compliments from de participants about the interesting questions that he usually does. The questions are personal and usually about their career and important things they have done.

Although it is fun to know the stories, for me the more interesting in this channel is the different celebrities' reactions to the spiciness. Each person reacts differently, some of them are stronger and do not drink water during the interview, others were so affected that have to eat rice, drink milk or even walk/run in the room to try to suffer less. Some people also change their personality and turn more aggressive and get nervous with people in the room. Others feel really under the weather and almost could not hear the questions made. For example, Scarlet Johansen and Charlize Theron had to eat rice, and the latter one gets really nervous about the situation. On the other hand, Dua Lipa was used to eating pepper since she was a child and almost did not suffer and had reactions from the spiciness level, even in the spicer one.

After watching a lot of the videos I decided to try some hot sauce, here where I live in Brazil we are more used to put pure and light pepper in food, not sauces. Well, the result is that I can not return to what I was before. I wanna put hot sauce in every meal and I kind of "addicted" to the taste and spiciness effect. The cool about the hot sauce is that depends on the mix of ingredients in the sauce the level of spiciness is different, also the food where it is put make difference. I do not consider myself strong for spice, but I think I getting more used to it with the pass of time. I really like this hot sauce world, I searching about them and the pepper types, and also how different countries use them in food. I really think that once you start using hot sauce, there's no going back.
