Last weekend, I played a name called Coup. It is a board game. There are some cards in the game. They are Duke, Contessa, Captain, Ambassador, and Assassin. Every player has two coins and two cards when the game starts. A player can take a coin every turn, it is called "taking income", no one can block this.
A duke can take three coins in one turn, this is called"taking tax". A captain can steal two coins from another player, this is called "stealing", captains and ambassadors can block this. An assassin can choose a player to kill, this player will lose a card, this is called "assassinating", it spends three coins and can be blocked by contessas. A contessa can block assasination, this cannot be blocked. An Ambassador can take two cards, then choose the two cards that you want, the other cards will be back to the court desk, this is called"Exchange", it can't be blocked.
You can take two coins at one turn, this is called "Foreign Aid", it can be blocked by the dukes. If you have seven coins, you can kill a player's card, this is called"Coup", it can't be blocked. You can lie in the game, if someone challenges you, you will die. If some one challenges you but you did not lies, this guy will die. Don't let others look at your cards.
This is great, Olly. Remember, you can't put two sentences together with a comma. If you want to join two sentences together, you must have a linking word. Linking words are words like "and," "but," "so," or "then."
This game is one of my family's favorites to play, as we can get pretty crazy with the bluffing (lying) and madness XD. I usually end up losing, as I take too big of risks, but it's still a lot of fun!
