A couple of months ago, I bought a new casserole dish at my favorite pottery shop. Since then, I've been enjoying using it in my cooking.
I prefer making casseroles in the winter, but I sometimes make them in the summer. One day, I made a casserole pasta dish using vegetables from my garden.
I also used my homemade tomato sauce, which had been frozen. Making casserole pasta is quite easy. First, I cut summer vegetables and saute with minced meat. Then, I add some tomato sauce and boil pasta. I place the mixture in a casserole dish and add some cheese on top. I put it in the oven and bake it for 25 minutes at 200 ℃.
After that, I decorate some basil leaves and parsley from my garden.
Another day, I made a casserole curry dish as well. I'm sorry that I didn't take step-by-step photos, but I layered curry over rice and added some cheep on top. I baked it for 25 miniature at 200 ℃. When we get tired eating regular curry rice, I sometimes make this dish.
