Do you like Matcha? I prefer drinking caffeine-free drinks such as rooibos tea, but I drink a cup of coffee every day because it's rich in polyphenols. I'm a quite health conscious person, so I love learning about things that are good for our bodies.
A couple of days ago, I watched this documentary about macha and learned a lot about it, so I'd like to share what I learned with you.
According to the documentary, matcha contains lots of nutrients because it's made from ground green leaves. These nutrients help us sleep better, improve brain function, boost our mood, and help maintain our muscle mass. It sounds like a perfect drink. I don't like consuming too much caffeine, but after watching the documentary, I changed my mind. I want to drink a cup of matcha every day to keep myself healthier.
It might be interesting to learn about traditional Japanese tea ceremony. I'm also curious about creating my own matcha bowl. I'd like to buy some organic matcha powder and make matcha tea and drink it with my hand-painted matcha bowl. That would be awesome!
