Do you usually eat with somebody? There are many benefits to share meals. For example, your stress levels decrease and it helps your physical mind stable. You probably talk while you eat, right? Communication also helps relieve your stress. You feel less lonely and start feeling happier. You might care what you eat more as well. These factors help you stay healthier.
Last month, my husband celebrated my birthday. He's the person I've share the most meals with in my entire life. We've been together over for 38 years! I can't even count how many times we've shared meals. We enjoy going out to restaurants for some special occasions, and I think that's one of the reasons we've been able to maintain a strong relationship.
On that day, we went to our favorite Thai restaurant again and had a wonderful meal.
