A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine from Texas introduced me a very interesting video clip, which was about the world's most expensive pencil. While chatting, we enjoyed watching it together. Here's the video. I think some people might care about pencils, but majority people don't care. He also shared the website where we can buy it.
When I opened the website where he shared, I was surprised by the price. It costs $12,800 because it's a limited edition made a 240-year-old olive tree, 18-carat white gold, and even includes a build-in eraser and a sharpener. I like the build-in sharpener, which looks cool. Even so, the price is ridiculous. You can see the website here.
What do you think? Do you want one?

That sure is a fancy pencil!
Nice to meet you, @magoo ! Thank you for the corrections!
Looks fancy indeed! I would never get it, though, it would end up being constantly oversharpened and broken due to my poor sharpening skills π Hence I use mechanical pencils
I recently spent a little more than I should have on a fancy mechanical pencil. It's a Japanese model and in America, we see Japan as having the best stationery. I really love it though--it's got a beautiful wooden grip and writes beautifully: https://www.jetpens.com/Uni-Kuru-Toga-Wood-Mechanical-Pencil-0.5-mm-Forest-Green-Limited-Edition/pd/45628
@Renby Thank you for sharing your experience. Haha, I'll probably do the same thing.
@Ersatzjello Thank you for sharing the pencil. I've never heard it before, and it's also expensive!!! Now, I'm very curious about it!
