Are you interested in eating healthy? If so, I recommend you nuts. Why?
Let me explain about some benefits. Nuts contain lots of unsaturated fatty acids which humans can't produce ourselves. The Unsaturated fatty acids help lower blood cholesterol level and reduce the risk of arteriosclerosis. They also contain vitamin E, which helps anti-aging. They are rich in fiber, which helps improve bowel movements.
When you keep having them every day, you can get those benefits. However, be careful not to eat them too much. I recommend you having a handful of them every day. I also recommend unsalted, roasted nuts.
I usually eat them after a 16-hour fast, but I often use them as a topping for salads as well.

I like nuts but they are super expensive here. Peanuts are the only affordable kind of nuts we have.
