Feeling Unwell

by

I'm feeling unwell. I was thinking of skipping the daily writing task on Journaly but I'm pushing myself to complete it now.

My day started with going to the local market where I bought spinach, coriander, potatoes, wheat seeds and this which I don't know what it's called in English.

I picked the spinach leaves while sitting close to my niece so she could sleep. I made a cocoa cake which turned out delicious. The cake I made in Giza last week wasn't that good although the oven there had degrees while ours here doesn't. Our oven is old and I have to take a shot in the dark every time I set the heat when I bake something. Luckily, the result is often satisfying.

By that time, the headache started to find its way to my head. I didn't pay much attention as I was too busy baking and cooking. Later, I made tallarines verdes a la Zeeza with the available ingredients at home. When I finally had time to sit and have a break, the headache felt worse. I then got nauseous, so I brought a bucket close to me and lied down on the sofa.

I've been having these symptoms now and then (a headache accompanied with nausea). I was told it's a consequence of my suffering mental health. I have no idea what could have made me feel worse today. My day included activities that I really enjoy: babysitting my niece, cooking, and baking.

I found out I got acne on the right temple area. The headache feels worse there. I looked up the relation between temple acne and headache but I couldn't find scientifically approved information. Only on reddit, some people mentioned they had experienced the same symptoms when they had acne in the temple area.

Well, the post sounds so trivial now. Let me end it here. See you tomorrow, and hopefully I will have a better topic to share with you!
