The last week was pretty hard. It was difficult for me to pull myself together, but today I managed it. I overcame my unwillingness to exercise, even though at first it felt pretty unachievable. I wasn't willing to do anything, but anyway I pushed myself and exercised for 30 minutes. And it was so empowering. At the end of the workout, I felt so much better and so much more confident. I think that's my way out of this situation: to do things that I'm unwilling to do, especially pushing myself to exercise. I adore this feeling of runner's high, that feeling of accomplishment that workouts give me. That's my medicine! That's my power!

I have to say this was so well written. I think this is the least number of corrections I've seen in any of your posts. Excellent work! And yes, you're correct in noticing that exercise makes you feel confident, high and even happy and that's because it releases dopamine in the brain, which we sometimes call the happy hormone. I thought you might enjoy this article on the subject: https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/article/item/five_surprising_ways_exercise_changes_your_brain So when your body says Let's just sit around and be sad, tired and lonely, you say No ma'am! and put on your exercise gear, go outside and move your zadnitsa! God bless you and keep you always. May you and your father have a wonderful weekend... and keep writing like this!!! 🤩
