Your three last sentences were fine but I could not understand the first. I think the idea is that learning a new language is not like you learned your mother tongue. Maybe:"Learning a language is so different from learning your mother tongue and it is much more difficult." To learn quickly practice speaking as much as possible, even if you make mistakes.
Well, there's no secret recipe. If you want to speed up the process, you need to spend more hours with your target language. Everyone has their own way of learning languages, so when you ask for feedback, you're bound to get a variety of different ideas. I believe in Stephen Krashen's Comprehensible Input theory.
