Today i wanted to speak about how it’s difficult to be consistent in diet and sport.
I need / I want to loose weight from years, but i’m not so disciplined.
My weight is so high, and for my health i really need to loose weight.
Anyways, how is it for you ?
Have you got some tips? Advices?

Maybe study the emotions we are feeling right before we want to break our diet resolutions. Are we agitated? Excited? Angry?
Maybe our emotions are demanding energy. If we concentrate on calming down and feeling peace, often the hunger disappears.
