I've been helping a friend's online English conversational school as an interpreter between English and Japanese for years. This morning, I was supposed to be on Skype to assist him. I was online on time waiting for the call. However, I didn't receive any Skype call and waited for over thirty minutes. I thought it was weird because I didn't see any of my friends' online statuses.

So, I sent him a message to ask if he was giving a lesson to his student via Messenger. He replied yes. He mentioned that he didn't see my online status either even though my account showed that I was online.

Last night, Teams asked me to sign in because Microsoft would discontinue Skype soon. I regularly talk to my other American friend on Skype and recently we are using on Teams as well. So, I tried to sign in to chat with him. Even though I changed my password several times and tried to sign in, Teams kept asking me to sign in again. I ended up not signing in and missed our conversation.

So, when I had a trouble with Skype this morning, I suspected it might be related to my Teams problem. In the end, I wasn't able to help with my friend’s lesson. Since I could use neither Skype nor Teams, we chatted on Messenger after the lesson.

Right now, Skype is working again but Teams still isn't. This is very annoying and frustrating. I really hope I'll fix the problem soon.
