I haven't written any posts lately because I've been focusing on improving my pronunciation and phrasing. Needless to say, practicing them improves your speaking skills. Also, as Uly said to me, it definitely boosts your listening skills. As for these two skills, I've already felt the effects after just one month.
Additionally, I hope it'll help brush up my writing skills. What I'm attempting to do is read aloud the posts I've written, so it's naturally a great way to review my writing. Lastly, I think it might contribute to my reading skills as well. While reading, whether in Japanese or in English, I hear an inner voice in my brain. Of course, my inner voice in English isn't fluent yet, but I believe it'll become fluent, and I'll be able to read faster and more accurately.

It's interesting you mentioned the inner voice because when you start to learn phrasing, you automatically start phrasing everything in your head... street signs, menu items, comments in chats, etc. You've definitely unlocked a new language skill! Brava!
I completely agree with your thoughts on pronunciation and phrasing practice! It definitely feels like practicing reading out loud smooths out many aspects of my other skills. I've found that reading out loud is particularly useful for honing grammar elements like prepositions and definite/indefinite articles, which are total nightmares for me.
@CocoPop Thank you! Your lessons are really eye-opening for me.
@Sayuri Yeah, I have to read aloud countless times before I can do it smoothly, so I naturally become familiar with all of those stuff.
私は音読とリスニングに異常なぐらいの時間をかけたし、今でも音読するから、本当にその気持ちがよくわかります😀
@Aki_ やってみるとほんとに大変だということがよく分かりました。でも大変だけど楽しくもありますね。しばらくは「たくさんのことをやる」よりは、「ひとつひとつの投稿を自分でこれ以上は上手に読めないと思うまで繰り返し音読する」ことをやろうと考えています。
