Last week, my friend Jorge came to me asking for help regarding Christmas cards. You know, Jorge's wife runs an import-export office: they take care of the custom's procedures —goods' description and qualification, tax accountability, and other data— you need to go through in order to import or export any products here. It seems this is a line of business where, as holidays come closer, you're supposed to send Christmas or New Year cards in order to keep the goodwill of your customers. Now, as he is recovering from an operation and cannot budge much for a few weeks, Jorge was trusted with the task of designing the cards; it was then that my phone rang (so to speak, I think it was rather a message via Telegram).
