Because today is my first holiday since I started Journaly, I write about how I spend my day off typically.
I usually wake up at around 8 a.m. same as workdays. I have many hobbies and I often spend time with my wife in the afternoon, so my own free time is precious. My wife is still sleeping at that time, so I practice English pronounciation because I feel shy that my wife hear my English... Actually, that's my only routine and what I do after that depends on the day, but I often do housework, study English phrases or grammars or play competitive video games. In the morning, I try to do something that is nessecary for our daily life or requires my concentration.
My wife usually wake up at 10 or 11 am. After having lunch, we generally spend time together. We always do what my wife want to do, so we hang out in Shijo or Sanjo, watch movies, play cooperation video games, or sing karaoke, etc. It completely depends on my wife, and I enjoy the randomness. After having dinner, we resume what we did before the dinner or spend time each other. In the night I like doing what I can do without high stakes such as reading books, listening to podcast, writing diary.
As telling by reading above, I'm an indoor kind of person. I'm live in Kyoto where have a lot of places I should visit, so I sometimes feel that it's not bad to go out more.
But unfortunately, I love staying home hopelessly.
