How do you spend rainy days? The rainy season is coming soon in Japan and it always makes me feel blue. The muggy and wet weather takes away my appetite and makes me feel sluggish. The rainy season usually lasts about two months.
My favorite ways to spend rainy days is reading books, painting or knitting. I love listening to jazzy music while doing these activities because it makes me feel so relaxed. Even though I don't like going out on rainy days, I do enjoy visiting museums or libraries, as they make me feel calm and relaxed too.
This year, I'd love to have a more fruitful time during the rainy season. For example, tidying up my clothes, cleaning the pantry or reading English books might be good ideas. Do you have any suggestions?

It doesn't rain in my hometown. However, I visited some countries where they had rainy seasons. I felt blue and down most of the time. I found it difficult to enjoy the surroundings, especially with me wearing hearing aids. I'm glad that I'm not the only one who felt that way regarding rains. :)

On rainy days I usually read or listen to audio books. I also like to lie in bed, listening to the rain outside.
