Depending on the dialect of Spanish, the letters B and V are often pronounced similarly or exactly the same. If this is the case, how would you distinguish whether a native Spanish speaker is saying the word "blog" or "vlog?"

Depending on the dialect of Spanish, the letters B and V are often pronounced similarly or exactly the same. If this is the case, how would you distinguish whether a native Spanish speaker is saying the word "blog" or "vlog?"
Those aren’t native Spanish words, so most speakers would pronounce them like they’re pronounced in English with their respective consonants [with labio-dental [v], which doesn’t naturally occur in Spanish]. But in some speakers, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. Other people might say something like “blog de vídeos”.
