Ogg Lindsley, one of the founders of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) proposed in the 50s, "the rule of the dead man". Do you know it?
For those who are not familiar with it, here is a summary:
"If a patient's goal can be achieved by a deceased person, it's not a good goal for support."
Indeed, a dead person will never be angry, will never have negative thoughts, will never be anxious, will never have negative feelings, will never take risks...
So, do what is important to you today, no matter what you're feeling bad about it.

Title case (the way to capitalize words in titles): Why Not Choose Life?
Is it a rule in English writing? ... thanks, by the way, for all your help. :)
It depends on whom you ask. In the past, yes, but some organizations nowadays accept titles written in mostly lowercase. It’s a “mixed bag.”
I have never heard of that before. Thanks!
You’re welcome!
