I often feel tired during the day. I feel the need to take a nap after lunch, every day, for instance. Actually that's the best way to end the sleep I couldn't finish during the night. Indeed I always wake up earlier than I would like to in the mornings. Every morning I wake up though I want to sleep more. But I can't.
At this point, let's talk about my relationship with exercising! I've always done my best to avoid it! But last year, I understood that it would really be in my interest to move my body more often. So I applied for a fitness room. I think that's good for me. Or let's say it's a bit better. My difficulty now is to find the right frequency, the right duration, the right intensity of the effort. Because many times it just makes me even more tired! And so far I can say it doesn't help me to make my sleep longer during the night.
Welcome to being alive !
These "symptoms" can signal underlying health problems, I mean serious ones, in some people !!! Anyways, if you work out, your sleep will be of better quality, but not necessarily longer.
Well, when I talk about this issue to doctors they never seem to worry. One of them suggested me to do a test for sleep apnea but I wasn't motivated to do it. My focus is on finding the reason why I always wake up after five or six hours of sleep though I still feel tired and sleepy.
For me the fatigue seems stranger.
Do you mean that even with a lack of sleep, one shouldn't feel tired and sleepy during the day?
