For the last two months I've been writing my notes in Arabic, and it was definitely a great idea. I replace the words of my mother tongue with the ones I already know in Arabic. I also write the ones I recently learn. It has helped me a lot with learning vocabulary faster and not forgetting the ones I already learned. They are half Spanish - half Arabic and on one of the pages I've been able to write a whole paragraph in Arabic.
I wish I could write the notes of my other subjects in German or French, but in the other subject in which I take notes I have to hand them to the teacher. And the rest of the subjects are practical, and there are no notes to take.

Glad to hear you've had success with this method!
Wow, I'm also thinking about taking notes in French on history lessons, but it won't be any sort of vocab that I'mma use on a daily basis 😅So far I haven't made up my mind yet what to do :v0 What clases have you taken notes on, btw? :3🐢

That's a great idea. I'm preparing to teach a new college course (in English) and found Spanish editions of some book chapters I assigned. You're giving me the idea of taking it one step further and taking notes in Spanish.
