Through this short journal I want to express my feelings towards writing a journal. I started journaling for the past two months when my friend suggested to me write better. She guided me when I was an absolute beginner. She said we should work on every skill to learn a language like reading, writing, listening and speaking. She also told me that our mind grasps more when we construct sentences. She inspires me all day. Sometimes due to her busy schedule she is not available for correction which is obvious and to connect with those people who have good grammar skills to make me better and I might receive more feedback. My friend Holly who is from an overseas country told me about this platform. She told me how this website is so useful for writers like us. I am very thankful to her. I write my journal every Saturday so I can check my errors on weekends. This is going to be my first journal on this platform. Here I am going to tell you why I am here.

As we all know writing is the crucial part in any language learning. I also want to give more emphasize to my writing skills so I can write better and better each day. Grammar is the most difficult part of learning. A grammar book is really annoying sometimes like in my case I have done my intermediate grammar book completely but still while constructing sentences I make a lot of mistakes in basic terms. Nowadays I am revising my notes and writing short stories on the basis of my grammar exercise and skills. I think this technique to write here will work for me. I really want to improve my writing skills through this platform. I hope I can write better and satisfy myself from my hard work.

Here are the reasons why I want to join this community:-

1)Several people are here to correct sentences so it might be a possibility that I would be corrected on various fronts. More eyes could find more errors.

2)I will get various feedback and learning techniques.

3)I will get motivated after seeing people devote work to their target languages.

4)I will write continuously and it will work as a schedule for me.

5)I will have various topics and it will open the depth of my mind on various subjects.

6)Last but not the least I will work more on myself.
