¡Hola todos! Today I decided to start with a seven day writing challenge to improve my Spanish. I am just a beginner, maybe an upper-beginner. But still, I wanted to try it.
The topic of day 1 is Mi fin de semana. It is rquite a short text and not at all detailed, because I don't have a large vocabulary and the past tense is really a struggle for me.
This is my second version, where I just looked up all words I didn't know.
I hope it's even a little good....
Mi fin de semana.
El sábado, yo fui a la casa de mis abuelos, con mi hermana. Ella y mi abuela hacieron galletos, y yo estaba pintando.
Unas horas más tarde, mi trabajo llamá, con la pregunta de si podía trabajar. Dije "si", poque yo no trabajé mucho últimamente, y llamé mi madre.
A los 4, fuí a casa y a los 5 necesitaba trabajar.
El domingo, no tenía nada que hacer. Aprendí un poco de esañol y jugé juegos con mi madre y mi hermana. No mucho más...
Eso fue todo, no tenía un fin de semana interesante...
That was it. I'd appreciate it if you can help me out with my mistakes or ways to say it in a more native way. But ofcourse, you don't have to!
