Hi everybody I hope you are all doing well,
Actually I am struggling with a problem , which is being late at night. I always goes to bed later
I don't know why but I feel more relaxed when I stay up late I also love enjoying the calm of the night when all people are sleeping.
And I noticed that I become more productive at night compared to other periods of the day. I am sitting right now in front of my laptop writing this article in this late time ):
But I have read that staying up for late hours is not good for the healthy and it will be so difficult to find a balance on your daily life. Therefore , I'm willing to challenge myself to overcome this problem and change this habit

The most basic tips I could give you are: create and maintain a sleep schedule; at least 30 minutes before going to sleep do not use your phone, computer or similar devices; try to lower the temperature in your room at bedtime; use your bed only for sleeping; don't drink coffee at night; try to create good thoughts to relax your mind. That would be what I can advise you. When you start this process it will take some time until you can maintain it and notice the benefits of resting early and in a good way. Remember that action creates motivation.

If you get a full night's sleep, I don't think it matters if you stay up late. If staying up late means that you don't get a full night's sleep then I agree it may not be healthy over a long period of time.
