My cat is nine years old.
If she were human, she would be around fifty years old.
In August, I brushed and got a lot of loose fur off her. However, due to recent cooler temperature, the amount has been decreasing.
On the other hand, she has started losing clumps of fur. I think the cause is that she is getting older.
Besides, she sometimes has a cough, and urinary problems.
I don’t want to think about it, but she may not be here after ten years.
Although she asks me for more food every day, I must not do it for her health. Also, I should play with her more to help her lose weight.
Autumn and winter will come soon, but I can’t wait for her to come to my bed.
New expressions for me
-get fur off her
-clumps of fur
-can't wait for A to do
Every moment spent with our animals is precious, isn't it ! ^.^
Thank you for your comment! I really think so!
Great posts! Your cat must be a great friend.
We’ve got five cats at my place, and the oldest one is already 13 years old. Sometimes we also think she won’t be around for much longer, but at the same time, she’s still very healthy, and we often read about cats in their 20s that are still active, so we hope she’ll be one of those.
Dear ptrain, Thank you for your great comment! I'm so happy.
Dear Marcel Q, I read your post about your cats. Your whole family is excellent because you saved five cats' lives. I've also heard the fact about cats' life expectancy, so let's try to help our cats be healthy even a little more.
Dear @Teten, thank you for reading my post and for your kind comments! Yes, we’ve been lucky that all five of our cats are still healthy. I hope they can all live long and happy lives, and hopefully stay with us for many years to come. Let’s do our best to take good care of our pets for as long as possible!
