Esta mañana, mi papá me invitó de última hora a ir a la flea market con él. Rechacé la invitación porque ya tengo planes hoy. También, cada mañana, necesito hacer yoga y terapia física antes de hacer otras actividades lo cual aún no habia hecho. Me siento anhelante porque quiero pasar tiempo con él mientras tengo la oportunidad. Quizás yo recomendaré que jugamos juntos un juego esta tarde.

Thank you for leaving feedback on my post! Is anhelante an appropriate word for the context I use? With this word choice I was really aiming for emotional specificity. I wanted to avoid a vague "I felt badly/me quedé mal" and aim for what I'd describe as "wistful"
No, anhelante no me parece que vaya bien acá. Tal vez inquieta, me angustié un poco, me sentí incómoda, etc.
