Iltapäivällä ne teki kiitollisuusharjoitusta, siksi sitä sanottiin, ne joutui kirjoittamaan käsin kiitollisuudenaiheitaan historiallisille liitutauluille, joita oli yhdellä seinällä. Ihan vaan siksi, että mä en jaksanut enää maata paikoillani, mä ajelehdin lähemmäksi ja otin liidun, vaikken mä aikonut kirjoittaa mitään. Mä haahuilin muiden takana ja hypistelin liitua niin kun mä muka miettisin kiitollisuudenaiheitani. Mitä kiittämistä mulla oli? Mun koko perhe ja kaikki ystävät ja poikaystävä oli kusipäitä.

In the afternoon they did a gratitude exercise, that was what it was called, they had to write by hand their reasons for gratitude on the historic blackboards which were on one wall. Simply because I couldn't lie anymore, I drifted closer and took chalk even though I wasn't going to write anything. I wandered behind the others and fiddled with the chalk as if I were thinking about my reasons for gratitude. What was I grateful for? My whole family, all friends, and boyfriend were assholes.
