I sit on my high-legged, black stool located in the corner, on which I've sat countless times during these eight months and for a long time already before that, supervising other artworks, other kinds of exhibitions. It's hard for me to remember exactly how long I've been working here. My job is like this: nothing is ever really completed or even progressing during the hours that I spend in these halls. My workday has passed in a desirable way when nothing special has happened. In that way, my profession can be compared, for example, to that of a lifeguard. At regular intervals, I begin to suspect that there's supposedly something else behind these thick walls, another world. I often take out my phone and scroll through my social media accounts and old updates just to convince myself that I've been alive, done things, even progressed somewhere. The person seen on the rectangle is me, and yet it's sometimes hard for me to recognize him.
