She set classical music playing, headed for the bedcover to lie down, stared at the ceiling and focused on breathing calmly. Sari thought about how the world was an ungrateful and unfair place. Things didn't always go well for the good or wrong for the bad; the good could suffer and the bad could enjoy success. Helpers weren't necessarily helped in an emergency but were left alone. When they helped others, they could be exploited and in rescue missions could be severely hurt or even lose their lives. Sari thought that in the job of a nurse, all of this was near every day, but despite that, she wanted to stay in her career and continue to improve the world in her own little place. Mother Teresa once said that every good deed is like a drop in the ocean; without the drop, the ocean would be smaller.
