In the sixth episode of 10 Counts Towards the Future, the principal arranged a boxing competition with their rivalry school, Keimei High School, which has very outstanding academic results and a strong boxing team. In order to be selected to fight against Keimei High School, all team members put a lot of effort into training. Shougo selected some members for the competition. However, a new transfer student with boxing experience and comparatively high boxing skills, Saijou, is very disappointed of not being selected to join the competition against Keimei High School.

On the other hand, Shougo bumps into the same woman who looks identical to his deceased wife again in a clinic when escorting a team member there. One day, this woman orders pizzas again, and Shougo delivers the pizzas to her home again. While audience may think that Shougo must want to approach this woman to continue his love for his deceased wife, in fact now coaching the boxing team wholeheartedly, he feels he has moved forward rather than clinging onto the death of his wife. So actually Shougo has no intention to get to know this woman. Also, this woman has her husband and kid.
