Last week, my husband, our daughter, our grandson, and I went to a hamburger restaurant called Mos Burger, which is based in Japan.

When we're with our grandson, visiting a fast-food restaurant is the easiest option for us. He enjoys both the food and the toy that comes with it. Since the first restaurant franchises only in Japan, I thought it might be interesting for people from overseas, so I took some pictures.

Mos is a shortened name, and many people call it the way. Mos was created by two Japanese guys to compete with Mac Donald in 1972. They wanted to create a fast-food restaurant suited to Japanese tastes, so there are rice burgers on the menu. If you're curious, please check the menu here.

I saw an advertisement for pancakes, and they looked delicious. I'd love to try them sometime.

We ordered drinks, French fries, and hamburgers. Unfortunately, nobody in my family ordered a rice burger. At Mos Burger, the food is prepared after receiving your order, so you can enjoy very fresh meals.

The fish burger in the picture below is mine.

Although Mos is very popular among Japanese, I heard some exciting news about my favorite American fast-fiid restaurant called Five Guys is finally coming to Japan! I believe their hamburgers are the best in fast-food restaurants, so I'm really looking forward to it!
