Do you drink coffee? Although I try to live in a decaffeinated life, I still drink a cup of coffee every morning. I love the aroma of coffee, and I prefer drinking it with milk and no sugar.
Do you know that coffee has several health benefits? Drinking three to four cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of diabetes, uterine cancer, and liver cancer. It's said this relates to a kind of polyphenol called chlorogenic acid in the coffee. People who drink three to four cups of coffee a day have a lower risk of cardiovascular disease and early death than those who avoid the beverage.

I don't have enough patience to make coffee that way, so I prefer using my favorite De’Longhi coffee machine instead!
