Have you ever been in Hungary? What do you think about Hubgarian language? People usually think that Hungarian language is demanding. In my opinion Hungarian language is beautiful.
Hungary is a little country in Europe. We don't have big mountains or big lakes. We've Balaton "magyar tenger".

It's demanding! But this is what makes it beautiful! I almost cried when the lady selling coffee in a cukraszda in Kisztelek didn't understand when I asked "Kávét kérek", three times. Finally she got it. I mean... What did she expect I would want to say? 😨 But you know what? I'm amazed by the quality of coffee even in the smallest of places! Do you know Klárafalva? It's the smallest town imaginable, halfway between Szeged and Makó, 5 km from the Serbian border. They have 1 commerce, it's a cukraszda obviously, and they have better coffee there than in many places in Budapest. So I'm trying to get that "Kávét kérek"-pronounciation better. With time, I've also learned to ask for ice cream added to coffee, in order to get iced coffee, even if it's not on the menu. I love going to places where Hungarian is the only language you can communicate in. Like the farm north of Tapolca, where I almost had a proper conversation last year with the owner who knew my native Cracow. By the way, did you know you have volcanoes north of the Balaton? Incredible landscape. You say the country is small, but it's very rich, there are so many things to discover. And you have such great cycling lanes! You also have mountains in Bükk with proper rock climbing sectors. By the way, I love the word hegymászás, it's one of the first ones I learnt (my first visit to Hungary was for rock climbing). It sounds to me like massaging the rocks. 😅
Hi! I don't know Klárafalva. I'm happy that you love Hungary! Do you live in Krakko?
@Lokus Sounds like someone here fell in love with Hungary...or maybe with someone from Hungary! 😄
I've never been to Hungary, but it's on my bucket list. Setting politics aside, Hungary seems like a trendy destination for expats.
