In order to enhance my overall health, recently I am starting to develop several new habits:
1. letting morning light enter my eyes directly - it advances your circadian clock and improves sleep quality.
2. training my muscles - it lowers the spike of blood sugar, enhances brain function, slows down the formation of dark spots... etc.
3. doing cardiovascular exercises - it lowers the spike of blood sugar, enhances brain function, slows down the formation of dark spots... etc.
4. writing - it enhances brain function.
5. playing brain training games - it probably enhances brain function.
