English
Good everyone, Here is another hopeless story in my journey of learning english speaking. Today I record myself of speaking, it was very difficult to speak even a simple complete sentences. I was stuck like a dumb. I felt hopeless. I was frustrated. What am I supposed to do? It's been 20 years learning every subject in English yet I couldn't master in speaking. What had happened to me?
I see the difference in speaking and writing. When I write, I can easily think in English quickly but when is begin speaking I freeze.
What shall I do to speak fluently?

Please give me some suggestions 🙏
Hi, Pema. I tried my best to correct your mistakes. I think recording yourself is a really good idea (I record myself too), and you should keep trying to do it. You could also try listening to native English speakers and repeat after them if they don't speak too quickly.
I'm not sure if you have someone to speak with in English, but I know that's really important to do if you want to become confident in speaking. All that said, I just want to tell you not to give up. Just look at what you have accomplished, not what you haven't. :)
Speaking in a new language is the hardest part of learning in my opinion. Speak as much as you can, even if it's about what you are doing. "I am taking a shower, I am washing my arm, I am getting dressed, now I am making breakfast, eggs, cafe" Do this as much as possible and talk to people as much as possible, but if you do not have anyone to talk to, keep talking to yourself. This will teach you how to think in the language and how to recall what to say. As Pema said - don't give you, try to enjoy the journey because that's what it is.
Keep practicing and don't give up!
I know it's difficult. I was there. I spent years studying English without a chance to talk and practice but here I'm. I have a strong accent, I stutter, I don't make myself understood sometimes but I keep trying. And you too keep trying, please.
