English
1. Learn English – The better you speak it, the more you can command higher prices. This increases the arbitrage between what you make and what you spend in Eastern Europe.
2. Learn a white collar profession that you can do remotely.
3. Build a Proof-of-Work Portfolio
4. Start doing services for Western European or American companies.

I'm not able to put a note on your title, but it should be "as an Eastern...", not "a" because the word "eastern" begins with a vowel sound.
Title: capitalize all words except for "as" and "a." "Money-Making" should be hyphenated.
