Last Saturday, my husband and I had to babysit our grandson while our daughter and our son-in-law attended a Christmas party. We took him to a nearby amusement park, and it was his first time.
Fortunately, we enjoyed seeing Christmas illuminations.
The park is famous for being partly produced by a Japanese celebrity, Junichi Okada, and we even saw the AI version of him. The AI Okada spoke every time customers passed by him.
The illuminations were awesome, and our grandson was very excited every time seeing something illuminated.
Unfortunately, he was too short to ride most of the attractions. He is 100 cm tall, but most attractions required at least 110 cm.
We finally found one ride he can enjoy! A Ferris wheel, yaaayyy!
I don't think he fully understood what he was going on, but I guess he enjoyed the atmosphere. We were impressed by the beautiful night view. I'm glad that he seemed not to be afraid of the height.
The city lights at night were truly stunning.
I think what he loved the most was the gacha machines. When we visit next time, he'll grow more and be able to enjoy more rides.

What a sweet outing! Your sentences make me smile—it’s like a little holiday adventure just through your words. The photos are lovely too and really capture the festive atmosphere!
Thank you for the comment! Next year, I'd love to visit during the Halloween season.
