If you care about your health, I recommend adding fermented food in your diet.
Sauerkraut is great for the health, so today I'd like to show you how to make it.
Ingredients:
1 whole cabbage
1tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar,
1 tablespoon caraway seeds (option)
A clean jar
A pair of gloves
Instructions:
Chop the whole cabbage and place it in a deep, large bowl.
Add the salt and sugar.
Put on the gloves and massage the mixture until the cabbage becomes soft.
Add the caraway seeds and continue massaging.
Transfer the cabbage into a clean jar.
Leave it at room temperature to ferment. When it turns brown, check it if it has fermented.
The picture shows my homemade sauerkraut, which my husband and I have every day. We keep our gut active and healthy with my homemade yogurt and sauerkraut.
