I start my day with exercise every morning. It helps clear my mind and organize my thoughts. Thanks to this routine, I also sleep very well at night. I enjoy kickboxing the most. I wonder what kinds of exercise habits are popular in other countries.

Personally I go for walks. It's not intense exercise but it's something that's easy to do every day.
@schmamie Walking sounds wonderful — it’s such a lovely habit. I also tried taking a morning walk today. I noticed small changes in my neighborhood that I never saw when I was in a car, and I got to see the sunrise too. It was the perfect way to start my day. Thank you!
