Every year around this time, I plant some red onions, and I did so again this year. I've already planted 48 seedlings in six containers, but I still need to plant in six more containers. This is my third attempt, and I'd love to grow them bigger than last year.

Red onions have several benefits, such as being rich in anthocyaninhs. I prefer growing them organically and using them in salads with my homegrown herbs. Compared to regular onions, red onions taste sweeter, and that's why I like using them for salads.

It's getting chiller day by day, and I feel like it's heading to the end of fall. Winter is just around the corner, but I really hope my red onion seedlings will grow healthy.
