Lukioikäisenä kriiseilin jatkuvasti siitä, etten tiennyt, mikä minusta tulisi isona. Olin kiinnostunut kielistä, mutten halunnut olla tulkki, kääntäjä tai opettaja. Harrastin musiikkia, mutten tiennyt, voiko sitä tehdä työkseen. Olin ihan hukassa, enkä tiennyt mitä tehdä. Minulla oli ystävä, joka halusi lääkäriksi, ja hän oli tehnyt tiettyjä valintoja elämässään jo yläasteikäisestä saakka sen vuoksi, että pääsisi tavoitteeseensa.

When I was in high school, I was suffering a crisis constantly in that I didn't know what to be when I grew up. I had been interested in languages but didn't want to be an interpreter, a translator or a teacher. I was into music but didn't know if I could do it for a living. I was completely lost and didn't know what to do. I had a friend who wanted to be a doctor, and he had already made certain choices of his life since middle school in order to achieve his goal.
